Escaping from Google Analytics

There is a useful help article on downloading reports from Google Analytics.  There is the ability to download XML, Excel, and TSV, making it easy to see the reports in a spreadsheet program.  There is also the ability to download the report as PDF.

There is presently no way to import data into Analytics, although there are tools written with the Google Analytics API out there that can facilitate the process.
